Happy Easter & Sketch Saturday

Happy Easter everyone, one more tin to show you, and i used The sketch over at Sketch Saturday to decorate it.
The tin has been sat on my desk all week with just the backing paper on.
Hope she likes it......she will probably not think i made it lol

Easter Treats

Good morning and as promised I am back today to show you mu Easter treats, I found this fantastic idea on Split Coast Stampers site........even my hubby has been impressed with this one lol
You take the bottom of a can off using a safety opener(I used spaghetti hoops with a ring pull) clean it, being very careful as the edge is sharp I have a lovely cut to prove it hehe.
Fill with treats, I have used mini eggs, mini cream eggs and a little chick lol then run some glossy accents around the base of the can.
Stick to the rest of the tin and weight it down and leave to dry.
Then decorate, as I said hubby was impressed so I have had to make mother in law one as well as all our nieces, nephews godchildren----thing is she does just not get stuff like this but never mind.

This week has flown over for me, it doesn't seem like 2 minutes since I was setting last weeks challenge....... lol
It's been great looking at your blogs and lovely to see some new people joining us too, everyone is welcome!

As from next week our challenges are changing slightly. We're going to have a sketch every other week and a theme for the weeks inbetween. Just gives a bit of variation for you all and that way we can see how you work on your own cards.

Baby boy

Card #2 for the card comp

Ok this card i entered in the same comp as yesterdays card, this was the boy card......i love this mo digi image, i have glazed the goggles and the water. It went out as a birthday card on Saturday to my friends boy.
What i did not tell you yesterday was all 3 of the cards i entered came in the top 3....i was stunned i have to tell you.
So my male adult card came 1st this card was joint second and tomorrows card was joint 3rd!!!

Card comp

Good morning, I belong to a lovely forum of friends and each month we have a themed comp, this month we had to make a baby, a boys and a adult males card......I happen to like making men's cards :0) this is my adult male card.
