The challenge this week on a forum i am on is to make 2 cards the same and picture them side by side.....these are the same but different colours, i hope it counts xxx

This is for a friends birthday, she just loves purple lol..........so we have a problem as i really am not a purple person when it comes to card making. Can you believe i only had one sheet of purply paper lol

Hi everyone, hope you all feel refreshed after Christmas and ready for our first challenge of the new year!

This challenge is a little special to me as it's going to be my last one, I'm stepping down from the blog to spend more time designing stuff for Willow Designs.

Thank you for supporting and following the blog in it's early days.

The good news is......the blog and it's challenges will still be up and running and being taken over by one of our very own talented ladies...Karen.

All i am going to say.......

is this is not what it looked like in my head lol......but it's growing on me :0)

Good news

After 3 months of agony at times, and 4 doctors....it only took 1 session of physio to tell me what is wrong with my leg!!!!!
Well i have torn the large ligament that connects the knee to the thigh, which is why my thigh has swelled so it is 6 cm bigger in diameter than the other thigh, making wearing trouser awkward as one leg fits and the other does not lol.
Still i now have an answer and can start mending it! bad news is i have to have ice packs on my leg 3 times a day for 30 mins in this weather lol.
But the last 2 weeks has seen a big relief pain wise so it must have started healing itself, probably like me got fed up of waitnig for the doctors lol
Any way sitting at my desk is less painful and today i managed a couple of boy cards which i will need in the coming weeks for my godsons birthdays.

Last challenge of the year, here is what Sharon has to say over on the blog!!!

Challenge 6..we want some guest designers

Well done to all of you finalists, we should soon have a winner chosen by Letraset themselves.

We do have a bit of exciting news!...every month we look through all your blogs at all the stunning entries you all have. We thought it a good idea to offer the opportunity of a monthly guest design team place to each monthly winner running for 1 month only...a great way to showcase some of your stunning colouring!



So..this challenge is a little different from the last few!!..we want to see how creative you can be so...there's NO SKETCH to follow simply a few guidelines:



We want to see some spots and stripes on your cards..these can be the main focus of the card or a simple accent, the decision is yours.



This will be the last challenge before Christmas, we re-start again on the 13th January, our finalists from this challenge will be announced on the 12th Jan so can all entries be on here by the 11th Jan.



Of course..another fab prize of a set of Promarkers and bleed proof pad.! (colours may differ to those in the photograph)
